When is Sealed Fables launching?
We're launching digital first — available worldwide! Physical printed letters are coming soon. Join the waitlist to be notified when new formats and features launch.
What makes Sealed Fables different from a book subscription?
We don't ship books. Each delivery is a handcrafted letter experience — with a story chapter, maps, postcards, and surprises. It's designed to be savored slowly, like opening a gift every two weeks.
Subscriptions
How often will letters arrive?
Twice a month — you'll receive 2 letters each month, dispatched on the 1st and the 15th. A complete story has 24 chapters, so it takes a full year to unfold. Subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
What will come in each envelope?
Each letter will include a new chapter of your story, plus extras like maps, postcards, newspaper clippings, or other surprises relevant to the narrative.
Can I subscribe to multiple stories at once?
Yes! You can subscribe to as many stories as you'd like. Each story runs independently on its own biweekly schedule.
Do you offer gift subscriptions?
Not yet — gift subscriptions aren't available at launch. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when they are.
What happens after the story ends?
After all 24 chapters are delivered, you'll have a complete story collection. You can start a new story in a different genre, or re-read your collection anytime.
For Writers
Is this really written by humans?
Yes. Every story on our platform will be written by a verified human writer, credited by name — we never use AI to write the stories. We will have a rigorous vetting process including writing samples, video interviews, and ongoing quality reviews. Some illustrations and keepsakes are AI-assisted.
How can I contribute as a writer?
We're building a community of talented writers! Join the waitlist as a writer and we'll reach out with details about our writer program when we launch.
How are writers compensated?
Writers earn a competitive revenue share on every subscription. We handle everything else — printing, shipping, marketing, payments, and customer service — so writers can focus entirely on their craft.

How long does shipping take?
Digital letters arrive instantly in your inbox. Printed letters (coming soon) will ship every two weeks with delivery times varying by region.
