Is Sealed Fables available now?
Yes. The first finite email story is open now, and new stories, languages, and markets will be added after their quality, safety, payments, and support are ready.
What makes Sealed Fables different from a book subscription?
Each title is a finite correspondence experience rather than an endless chat or a conventional ebook. Timing, replies, images, attachments, and silence all belong to the story.
Purchases
How often will letters arrive?
Every story has its own authored timing windows. Adaptive email stories may answer within a day or two and usually unfold over several weeks; full-letter editions use a slower schedule shown before purchase.
What will come in each email?
A meaningful piece of correspondence, sometimes with inline images or attachments such as maps, clippings, PDFs, and other story artifacts.
Can I buy multiple stories at once?
Yes. Each purchased story keeps its own clock, state, language, and private correspondence archive.
Can I buy a story as a gift?
Not yet — gifting isn't available at launch. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when it is.
What happens after the story ends?
Your private archive keeps the complete correspondence and full-letter PDFs. You can revisit it or choose another finite story season.
What happens to my stories if I cancel Reader Pass?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Then new story emails, character replies, and private web archives pause; already delivered emails stay in your inbox. Resubscribe to resume from saved story state.
Does Reader Pass make every story a permanent purchase?
No. Reader Pass is conditional access to eligible digital stories while the membership is active, with up to two active stories at once. A separately purchased one-time edition keeps ongoing access under its purchase terms.

What kind of reading experience is this?
The catalog always tells you. Interactive stories can respond to accepted replies inside an editor-guided story world, while full-letter editions follow a complete fixed sequence with automated delivery.
How can I contribute as a writer?

How are writers compensated?
Writers can be commissioned or earn a transparent share for their editions. Sealed Fables handles publication, email delivery, payments, and customer service.

Every title publishes a cadence range. Adaptive replies use authored minimum, typical, and maximum windows; full letters follow their edition schedule.
