Welcome to Sealed Fables. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms.
The Service
Sealed Fables is operated by RocketFang LLC, a United States limited liability company. The service provides finite stories delivered through email, including interactive correspondence and fixed full-letter editions.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must create and control the account and agree to these terms. Account information must be accurate, and you are responsible for access to your sign-in email. Joining a waitlist remains free and non-binding.
Purchases & Billing
Sealed Fables offers separately labeled one-time story purchases and the optional Reader Pass monthly subscription. Reader Pass renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current paid period; there is no prorated credit merely for choosing to cancel early. For eligible digital transactions, Stripe acts as merchant of record and handles payment collection, supported indirect taxes, transaction receipts, refunds, fraud, and disputes. Stripe Checkout displays the amount, frequency, terms acceptance, and payment controls before confirmation.
Digital Content License
Stories remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. A one-time purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to that finite edition. Reader Pass grants conditional access to eligible digital stories only while the membership is active, subject to the displayed concurrent-story limit. After a paid period ends, future emails, character interactions, private archives, attachments, and downloads pause. Emails already delivered cannot be recalled. Story state is saved so access can resume after reactivation. Physical editions are not included unless expressly stated.
Refund Policy
Online purchases are covered by applicable consumer rights, including Brazil's seven-day right of withdrawal where applicable. Review our Refund Policy for instructions and delivery-related remedies.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active users of any significant changes.
