30-Day Guarantee
Your subscription includes a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery of your first letter. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your first payment in full, no questions asked.
Digital Subscriptions
For digital-only subscriptions, you have the right to a full refund within 7 days of receiving your first digital letter, under the right of withdrawal (Consumer Protection Code, Art. 49).
Physical Subscriptions
For physical letters, you may request a full refund within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs for letters already dispatched or in transit are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. We do not provide prorated refunds for past deliveries or for letters already consumed after the guarantee period.

To request a refund, please email hello@sealedfables.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days directly to your original payment method.
